Mining and mechanical engineer with 15+ years in materials handling. Before starting Pathfinders, Gabriel worked for Sandvik, thyssenkrupp and Beumer. He played key roles in the engineering, estimating and delivery of some of the longest and most powerful conveyor systems in the Americas. He now focuses on project development, turning technical solutions and economic models into clear insights that guide long-term planning and investment decisions.

Senior civil designer with 30 years of experience. Robert has modeled overland conveyor corridors, roadways, grading and drainage for mining projects worldwide. His work includes large waste-rock and tailings storage facilities. He has contracted for major OEMs such as thyssenkrupp, FLS and Beumer. He is a Civil 3D expert and a Certified Autodesk Instructor.

Joe Kerns
Mechanical designer and project manager with 15+ years in heavy industrial. Joe’s experience includes quarry and overland conveyance layouts, site plans, cement plant retrofits, ball mill expansions, and cement terminals. His detailed 3D design background and project management experience keep early-stage design work practical and constructable. He is the founder of JK DSGN LLC, a Colorado-based mechanical design consultancy.

Augusto Brighenti
Solutions architect and project manager with 20+ years of experience developing software for industry and engineering. He has led technology projects as architect, project manager, and development team lead for major companies in the engineering, industrial, and mining sectors, including Vallourec, Anglo American, Petrobras, and Vale. Augusto holds a BS in Control and Automation Engineering from UFMG, and an MBA in Engineering and Innovation from UniSEB.

Mining investor and executive with 20+ years in natural resources. Josh worked 14 years at Resource Capital Funds, rising to Partner and Investment Team Leader. He is now CEO of Peak Minerals, Director at Mining Capital Markets and Senior Advisor at EMR Capital. Josh started his career in tunnelling and aggregates operations and holds an MS in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines.
